You may cancel your scheduled practice sessions at any time, subject to the following terms:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, the full session fee will be charged.
Refunds for our conversational language practice packages are available under the following conditions:
If you have not used any sessions from your purchased package, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
If you have used some sessions from your package, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.
If you experience technical issues or service problems that prevent you from using our services, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate refund.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used for purchase.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Completed practice sessions that have already been delivered.
Digital learning resources and materials that have been accessed or downloaded.
Services purchased during special promotions or sales, unless otherwise stated.
In some cases, unused sessions from a package may be transferable to another person, subject to our approval and a transfer fee. Please contact us to discuss transfer options.
If you have concerns about our services or wish to dispute a charge, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
